These Terms and Conditions are between Blesho Thambi Raj, operating Closing Rank, and users who visit or use the Closing Rank website or digital NEET UG counselling guidance product.
By using Closing Rank, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery Policy, as updated from time to time.

NEET UG: Operator and service
Closing Rank is operated by Blesho Thambi Raj, Individual, at 5/47, Azhaganparai, Manavalkurichi, Tamil Nadu 629252, India.
Closing Rank provides counselling guidance, historical data exploration, and planning tools for Indian NEET UG students and parents.
The service may include historical closing-rank trends, category/quota/state filters, document guidance, fee, bond, stipend and seat information, and AI-assisted guidance where available.

NEET UG: Acceptance and eligibility
By visiting or using Closing Rank, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery Policy.
Users must provide accurate account, contact, counselling, payment, and support details.

NEET UG: Digital access pass
The current paid offer is a ₹1,999 one-time access pass for the NEET UG 2026 counselling season. It is a digital product only, paid once through Razorpay, and is not a physical product.

NEET UG: Accounts and responsibility
- Users are responsible for their login credentials, OTPs, devices, and sessions.
- Users must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense account access or paid content.
- Users must not submit false payment, refund, identity, access, or support information.
- Users must not send OTPs, passwords, card details, UPI PINs, bank passwords, CVV, or unrelated sensitive information to Closing Rank.

NEET UG: No official affiliation or guarantee
Closing Rank is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to MCC, NTA, NMC, DGHS, any state counselling authority, any medical college, or any government body.
Closing Rank does not guarantee admission, seat allotment, eligibility, document approval, reporting acceptance, college reporting acceptance, or counselling outcome.
Users must verify final counselling rules, dates, allotments, reporting instructions, documents, eligibility, fees, and admission requirements from official sources.

NEET UG: Data and guidance limitations
Closing Rank uses historical and published counselling data, official-source information, and guidance tools. Source documents can contain corrections, missing values, formatting issues, delays, or later changes.
If Closing Rank and an official source conflict, the official source controls. Missing values should be treated as not available, not assumed.
Section 8
NEET UG: Acceptable use, fair use, and no resale
- Use Closing Rank only for personal, non-commercial NEET UG counselling planning by a student and their family.
- Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, resell, redistribute, repost, package, or commercially exploit Closing Rank access, accounts, screenshots, downloaded content, data, outputs, or compiled information.
- Do not use Closing Rank as a coaching centre, consultancy, agent, Telegram/WhatsApp group, data broker, reseller, institutional service, or commercial product unless Closing Rank gives separate written permission.
- Do not scrape, crawl, bulk download, copy, mirror, index, reverse engineer, train models on, or commercially reuse Closing Rank data, software, content, or compiled outputs without written permission.
- Do not bypass access controls, preview limits, rate limits, payment checks, device/session limits, or security controls.
- Do not use automation, credential sharing, account resale, unauthorized commercial reuse, misleading claims, impersonation, official-affiliation claims, or platform misuse.
Section 9
NEET UG: Content ownership and limited licence
Closing Rank owns or licenses the website design, software, compiled datasets, summaries, explanations, policy content, product experience, and brand elements, except for third-party or official-source materials owned by their respective owners.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use Closing Rank for permitted counselling planning. Users do not receive ownership of the platform, code, datasets, design, compiled content, or product outputs.
Section 10
NEET UG: Suspension and termination
Closing Rank may suspend or terminate access for suspected account sharing, resale, scraping, automated abuse, payment disputes, security risk, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
Where practical, Closing Rank may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support, but immediate action may be taken to protect users, data, legal compliance, or service reliability.

NEET UG: Refunds, privacy, and digital delivery
Refunds, cancellations, digital access delivery, and no-shipping terms are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery Policy.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Section 12
NEET UG: Jurisdiction and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and consumer protection requirements, disputes may be handled by courts or forums having jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India.

NEET PG: Your NEET PG pass
NEET PG is a separate ₹3,999 one-time season pass. Its end date is shown before payment. It does not include NEET UG access and has no automatic renewal.
PG includes 250 AI questions per season, with a maximum of 60 in a rolling 24 hours. Historical ranks and AI guidance do not guarantee admission. Only published datasets and documents are available.
Section 15
NEET PG: Counselling season duration
The NEET PG 2026 pass lasts through the counselling season. A provisional shared season end date is set five calendar months after activation and shown before payment. Buying later does not start a new five-month period.
The founder of Closing Rank may extend the season if counselling continues or close it when counselling ends. Revised dates apply to eligible existing passes for that season and are shown in Access Details. An extension does not renew the pass or reset its AI question allowance. Confirmed refunded or revoked passes are not restored by an extension.

NEET PG: Payment disputes
Customer-requested refunds follow owner/admin review. Payment-provider or bank disputes are handled separately: a disputed payment may suspend the corresponding PG pass while the dispute is open. A resolved dispute restores access only when the pass remains eligible and the season is open; a lost dispute revokes the pass.

NEET PG: Checkout terms and your rights
The PG price, season end date and policy versions are shown before payment and recorded with your checkout. Later policy revisions do not rewrite that saved checkout. Founder-controlled season changes follow the counselling-season terms above. Nothing in these policies removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.

AI answers may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated. Exact closing-rank, fee, bond, seat and eligibility facts depend on the published data or documents available to Closing Rank. A NEET PG 2026 pass does not mean that 2026 cutoffs, notices or schedules are already published or loaded; earlier-year records keep their original year.
General discussions of specialties, career paths, lifestyle or outlook may use the model's general knowledge. They are not verified current counselling rules or personal guarantees. Check official bulletins and notices before acting on eligibility, dates, documents, fees or choices. The counsellor is for admission planning, not patient care, diagnosis or treatment.

Names of authorities, colleges, exams, courses, categories, quotas, and counselling processes are used for identification and educational guidance only.

Closing Rank does not guarantee admission, seat allotment, eligibility, document approval, reporting acceptance, college reporting acceptance, or counselling outcome.
Historical closing ranks, trends, and predictions, if shown, are planning aids only and may not reflect future counselling outcomes.

NEET PG AI guidance: Data and source limitations
Closing-rank, fee, bond, stipend, seat, document, college, and counselling information may come from historical counselling data, official notices, PDFs, CSVs, prospectuses, and other public or lawful sources.
Data may contain delays, errors, corrections, missing values, re-publications, or later changes. Missing values should be treated as not available, not assumed.

NEET PG AI guidance: Official sources override Closing Rank
Users must verify final counselling rules, dates, allotments, reporting instructions, documents, eligibility, fees, and admission requirements from official sources.
If there is any conflict between Closing Rank content and an official source, the official source should be treated as controlling.

AI or chatbot outputs, if present, are guidance only and should be verified with official sources.
Doctors and their families remain responsible for choices filled, documents submitted, deadlines followed, fees paid, reporting completed, and official instructions verified.
